So what better time to share the new ride?

Kinja'd!!!

Loaded Charger Daytona with a 340 in beautiful Octane red. Can’t wait to recover and put some miles on it! And yes I took the yellow protectors off.

I still haven’t decided how I feel about the styling on these, some days I like it some days I don’t. I think it also depends on the color, not that I could tell you what colors I like/dislike.

Color makes a huge difference on these. The SRT body kit also does wonders.

I have an irrational love for these. The SRT 392 is on my list.

Well done.

What’s up with the yellow things? I know you said you removed yours, but I see bunches of these driving around with the protectors still on? Why?

I love everything about them but the yellow splitter accents just kill it for me. They look like they were a part of a transportation safety bumper or something.

They’ve been removed. I took that pic pretty much immediately when I showed up to the dealer.

Oh props to you then. What are they made of anyways?

Just cheap plastic to protect the bumper during transportation. They actually dig into the paint if they aren’t removed before regular use.

Because people are weird and think they look cool. Or dealer was like mine and left them on and nobody told them otherwise.
